HI TECH SEEDS MAROC hires : Sales and Product Development Manager for Morocco and West Africa

HI TECH SEEDS MAROC  Seeds is seeking a dynamic Sales and Product Development (S&PD) Manager for an exciting hybrid role covering West Africa and Agadir, Morocco. This position is crucial for driving business growth and product innovation in our developing markets.

Position description

Location and employment model

1. Location: Agadir, Morocco.
2. Employment Model: Approximately 50% of the role will focus on the development and support of African markets. The remaining 50% will be dedicated to product development in the Moroccan market in collaboration with the local team.
3. Utilize the infrastructure of the Morocco subsidiary to support this position.

Targeted markets and position goals

• South Morocco: Agadir area.
• West Africa – Senegal, Ivory coast, Ghana, Cameroon, and other markets as needed.
• Position Goals – Sales representative and product development simultaneously in South Morocco and West African markets.

Job Responsabilities

• Sales Management and Promotion
• Identify and qualify potential market segments, including crops and customers.
• Generate new business opportunities through direct and indirect channels.
• Collect and analyze commercial and marketing data to stay informed about market trends and competition.
• Collaborate with local sales teams and distributors to meet targets and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

• Product Development Management
• Analyze market trends and customer needs from a product perspective.
• Lead cross-functional teams in product development, managing project timelines, trials, and field observations within budget.
• Evaluate product performance pre- and post-launch, establish databases, and submit reports.
